Patches some of the Immersive Armors to use fur shell meshes and textures from Fur Shader Armors

IA uses vanilla armor pieces in some of its outfits which stands out a bit when using Fur Shader Armors, so I made this patch to bring some consistency between the two. Requires Immersive Armors, Immersive Armors Retexture and Mesh Fixes SE and Fur Shader Armors. Also while it isn't technically required, I highly recommend and highly appreciate Immersive Armors - Asdasfa Tweaks and Fixes as it implements a number of fixes (weight sliders, ground models, 1st person models).
