The Mod is compatible with Skyrim Special Edition.

The Khajiit Caravans sell the "Ring of Khajiit" with the stats from Morrowind.
When equipped you get a power which makes you invisible and faster for 20% for 30 seconds.
You can use the power once a day.
Bugs:
For some unknown reason the speed mult activates only after an action, like jump or sprint.
Install:
Copy the "data" folder from the archive to your Skyrim directory.
If asked to overwrite, say yes.
Start Skyrim, go to "Mods->Loadorder" and make sure the files are activated.
Uninstall:
Delete the alcoholiceffect.esp from your "...\Skyrim Special Edition\Data" directory.
Note:
The used textures and meshes are original in Skyrim and made by Bethesda, but they didn't use them for some reason.
So I did and tried to make the ring mostly like in Morrowind.
