A simple .toml file that disabe the floating quest marker from being renderd in the world using Game Settings Override
This is done by setting fFloatQuestMarkerMaxDistance = 0.000000 inside "SKSE\Plugins\ccld_GameSettingsOverride\FloatQuestMarkerDist.toml"
Skyrim default value is fFloatQuestMarkerMaxDistance = 2000.000000
