This mod reduces player HealRate to 10% its base value, particularly recommended if you're odded out by the unusually high, troll-like regeneration of all the base races. Highly recommended if you're playing Survival mode or want to give yourself a challenge. This mod does not touch HealRateMult.

Note: This mod stores your active base heal rate on activation, so if anything was done to modify the base heal rate, that value will be stored and used to derive the reduced base heal rate. When rolling back to stored base heal rate, it will deduct the current base heal rate with the stored reduced base heal rate, the difference is then added on to the stored base heal rate with this value being the player's the new active base heal rate.
