Distributes the Fluted Armor from 4thUnknown to merchant chests.
You can use either the SPID or CID version.
The Fluted Armor is distributed to general goods merchants, blacksmiths and khajiit caravans.
The caravans have the highest chance to have it, then the blacksmiths and lastly the general goods.
SPID Version:
You can edit the chance (last field) in the ini file from 0 to 100. NONE is the same as 100 chance.
CID Version:
The East Empire company and the Dremora merchant have a 100% chance to have it.
You can edit the chance in the ini file from 0 to 100. Removing the ? symbol is a 100 chance.
