The SPID version makes the vendors equip the weapon, preventing you from buying it from them.
The Nameless saber is distributed to general goods merchants, blacksmiths and khajiit caravans.
The caravans have the highest chance to have it, then the blacksmiths and lastly the general goods.
The East Empire company and the Dremora merchant have a 100% chance to have it.
You can edit the chance in the ini file from 0 to 100. Removing the ? symbol is a 100 chance.
