Adds a new cell which you can access through a door in Riverwood to demonstrate my navmeshing.

This mod adds a new cell, "Navtest" which you can access through a door near Gerdur's Mill in Riverwood, by the stump where you talk to her with Ralof after escaping Helgen. Alternatively, you can also just COC to the cell with 'coc 01navtest'.
This is purely to demonstrate my ability to navmesh so don't pay too much mind to the level design.
Oh, and you might want to TGM before entering the cell. I threw some bandits in there.
