Adds a small loft for the player to the Bannered Mare in Whiterun.

I've always liked the Whiterun Bannered Mare Loft by jknjb, but it wasn't compatible with interior overhauls, and I wanted to adjust a few things for follower access, give the decor and layout my own spin, etc. I built this in a similar style as the original but with some notable changes. The key is located on a shelf to the left of the bar on Hulda's side; there's no cost, you can just pick it up. The chest, knapsack, end table, and dresser are all safe storage. Clutter is havok-disabled and shouldn't go flying randomly while still being lootable. The trapdoor, bed, and chairs are useable only by the player and PlayerBedFaction which should keep random NPCs out of your space. Trapdoor is also useable by CurrentFollowerFaction. I put the loft a bit further from the door which should encourage followers to come too; they won't follow through interior cells if you're too close. Optional patch for JK's The Bannered Mare. Both are flagged light and won't take up a plugin spot.
