Update SCAR's annotations to enhance compatibility and improve functionality. Note that the combat style of NPCs remains a deciding factor in which attack would be used. -- New Stendarr's Aura Effect replacer, modified with permission from Xynra21. The Whirlwind cloak effects is in redish-yellow color for sacred/holy themed spell. Load anywhere it doesn't matter, use the same textures as Xyn's. Available in misc files.
