A personal mod that I've decided to make public, Extended Bandit Armors SkyPatcher removes the chance for bandits to use Fur armor and instead allows them the chance to use the Creation Club armors from Anniversary Edition.
All armors should appear at appropriate levels, with the exception of faction armor (Vigilants/Spell Knight/etc) and high end armor (Daedric/Ebony/etc).
Safe to install/remove mid-game, as all this mod contains is an SKSE ini.
