Ahem.. Hello Dovahkiin I am Gseppo although most here in Dawnstar know me as Smiggy. I am here to inform you that you (YES YOU) are the new owner of my Cabin outside Dawnstar please don't question my uh shall we say Interesting choice in decor and question not how I got a hold of the Chaurus Chitin to make most of it nor how long it took me to gather the Riekling Fences... Nor how I slew the dragon who's skull is hung on the Outside of the home. All you need to know is that it is now your home and you will never see me. Hello Dovahkiin. Whilst you were out of the house I made a few minor modifications. I finished the Riekling Fencing along the decks as well as properly mounting the Redoran Banner under said decks, and I also made some minor changes to the furnishings and I do hope they will be to your likings.

My mod is unfortunately incompatible with The Great City of Dawnstar due to its placement however I am sure I could eventually make it compatible if this mod gets enough downloads
