Fix for fake "black blot" windows in Windhelm interiors

A very simple mod that fixes the windows in Windhelm "Gray quarter" interiors by adding dull stained glass to the window frames, instead of the ugly black oily blob in vanilla.
Fully compatible with any Windhelm retexture mod you use.
Not compatible with mods that make changes to the Windhelm interior windows NIF's, even if it is a simple name or folder structure change. However, I am not aware of such mods existing.
Only meshes & textures, no ESP, no scripts. So it safe to install/uninstall at mid-game (at any time).
