SSE port- loose files and esp

Performance Textures for the main file- Just overwrite the main file with these textures

requires main file, this is just an ESP edit. overwrite original esp file and you should be good to go. Sorry there will be no fixes for grass clipping. I stated the reasons why in the comments.
