This patches the Hand to Hand - Trainers and Skill Books Addon to use the model and inventory art from Book Covers Skyrim.

The Hand to Hand - Trainers and Skill Books Addon mod conflicts with Book Covers Skyrim causing the following twelve books to display the vanilla cover and inventory art:
This SkyPatcher file resolves the conflicts and causes those books to use the desired art assets in game.
COMPATIBILITY
This mod has an incompatibility with Distribution Tweaks for Hand to Hand's Skill Books on four of the books. It causes titles to be swapped for The Wolf Queen v1 & v2, Immortal Blood, and the The Locked Room. I was going to make something like a Tweaked Hand-to-Hand Book Covers patch, but I decided to simply not use the Tweaks mod and figure something else out.
