Alternate Dual Wield Weapon Speed

Summary
This is my first ever mod
Dual Wielding only provides a benefit thanks to the Dual Flurry Perk, but even that does nothing to encourage alternating your attacks so I made a mod that does just that.
With this mod when you make an attack with your Right/Left hand weapon your Left/Right hand weapon is slightly, but noticeably faster.
How It Works
I've changed the all the playable races (hopefully) attack data for attackStart and attackStartLeftHand to cast a custom spell to increase the WeaponSpeedMult or LeftWeaponSpeedMult temporarily.
This is the same way diseases work with creatures like skeevers
Compatibility
I've duplicated the changes to Races made by Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch 4.1.1 (As recommened by Unedjis) so when it comes later in the load order, the only change should be to the attack data as above.
This won't work with custom races, or if another mod alters the races.
Feel free to let me know about other mod clashes.
Manual Installation
Extract "Alternate Dual Wield Weapon Speed.esp" into the Data folder
Uninstallation
Delete "Alternate Dual Wield Weapon Speed.esp" from the Data folder
