Iphosa uses the SAM light body with the skin textures from Lunar Lattice Rexture for SAM Light. I used OBody so either build his armor to 0 sliders with the SAM body or choose whatever SAM preset you wish.
You can find Iphosa in Acradia's Cauldron in Whiterun.
