This is a simple mod that aims to heavily nerf the obscenely overpowered Al Du In Perk from Dragonborn - Shouts Perk Tree.
Install with any mod manager of your choosing and load after Dragonborn - Shouts Perk Tree, manual installation is a simple as dragging and dropping the esp in the data folder, let windows overwrite when asked.
You can choose between the 5% (recommended), 10% and an extra version with 5% chance to kill targets and 25% or under health requirement.
