Blender and chaiNNer saved files with organized nodes to export the roughness, metallic, and AO (Ambient Occlusion) textures combined into a single texture in the red, green, and blue channels, aka RMAOS map

After extract the contents of downloaded zip file

In Blender, open Blender saved file, load your textures, adjust the intensity of roughness, metallic and AO, and save combination result of the maps.

In chaiNNer, 
open one of the eight saved chaiNNer files, Load the correct textures, click the Run button, textures will be converted and saved.

the black and white metallic maps that are in folders are to be used with Blender or chaiNNer in green channel of  RMAOS maps

Full black maps=for full non-metal textures
Full white maps=for full metal textures
