Take Notes adds a new player journal to the game which lets you create and view your own journal entries

For anyone having the squish problem with the new update on Skyrim, this should fix it. Thanks goes out to xcal68 for doing this fix. You will still need the main file. If you have not updated your game to the newest version you do not need this fix.
