Cit: "Elva is a unique new Whiterun NPC and potential vanilla+ follower. She is an apprentice priestess/healer with some new spells, but also has some fighting skills."

A visual overhaul for the nice and immersive follower Elva Pure-Spring by inscenique. Works with both ESL or non-ESL versions of the original mod
Regarding the NPC: not much to say, I tried to stay close to her original look. Find her in and around Whiterun, attending to her duties.
I made 2 changes:
- she is 0.95 tall instead of 0.93 because my females are already shorter and she was really too short for my game.
- she maxes her level cap at 200 instead of 100 because of no particular reasons.
Again, a big thank you to inscenique for keeping permissions open on your mod!
