How I made this crazy patch edit possible.
attempt 1
So I tried to make a new esp,
list both QRR and SL as masters,
did all my edits on the new esp
saved it, but on xedit nothing showed up.
So, I noticed I didn't need to touch SL master, just move QRR lighthouse to the right.

I re-opened the creation kit with QRR as master,
moved the QRR lighthouse to a different spot
but realized the balcony navmesh wouldn't be able to also fit
as the new area was sitting on a navmesh border.

I didn't want to disable QRR lighthouse, but had no choice as the navmesh
would not allow me to change spots. I had to make an editor's choice
and QRR lighthouse was the smallest clutter with the least edits to the cell.
I noticed the simplest route would be to just disable the lighthouse,
but Since the original mod is just an ESP
I wasn't allowed to simply edit and re-upload the same esp
with the lighthouse disabled
as that would technically be re-uploading someone elses mod as my own.
So I dublicated the esp
opened up creation kit
disabled the QUAINT lighthouse meshes
resized the doors so they would still have the same navmesh square
but just make them really tiny almost invisible
opened up xedit
used a fresh original,
made a new patch record based on the cells I worked on
opened the duplicate esp I made all my creation kit edits
manually searched all the objects I disabled
onto this new patch.
This patch thus does not contain anything else except for the new object edits I did.
You will still need to download QUAINT RAVENROCK esp in order for any of these changes to appear.
Feel free to transfer my patch edits to your mods if you need.
But I highly doubt you would need to since this patch ONLY touches the lighthouse in QUAINT RAVEROCK ESP.
