instructions are as clear as it ever gets. i can make a video, but i would literally be doing what i just wrote down.

      got to the _customconditions folder,
find the text file with the name of the weapon you want to add the animations for,
open the text file to see which folders belong to that weapon, its stances and directions.
put the animations you want in that specific condition's folder.
      done.

Are we copying the entire animation set zip file or certain files inside?

drag and drop everything into your Skyrim directory.

follow instructions from the text file that unzipped, from there everything is quite clear.

"Each weapon will now require you to meet a Skill Level threshold in the corresponding Skill tree + a specific Perk from that Skill tree in order to access the new Stances."-if another mod changes the perks would they need a patch to work properly(Adamant)?

specific perks required for each weapon are written in the description. if those perks are changed by your perk overhaul mod of choice, then yes, this mod will not work.

This is awesome and super helpful. Will you consider making one for Stances NG?

Gonna give this a try because I was literally trying to figure out how to do this for my modlist.
