The Legion is attempting to quell the rebellion led by Ulfric Stormcloak, with the goal of restoring the peace and keeping Skyrim in the Empire. The Imperial Legion believes that as a province of the Empire, Skyrim must abide by its laws and customs. I feel like vanilla civil is a bit low and boring well i fix that immersion for you. This mod adds a 100 random encounter, players may encounter imperial and stormcloak fighting on the road side, mountain, and forest. Note these duplicate npcs are much stronger than regular civil war faction, levels ranging from high 40s if you want to fight them make sure your character is at least level 35, they will also level up with the player all the way to 100.It should look like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P32SgE1b6po&t=24s
