   Can you adjust the clumsiness? If it's not too OP I will for sure use this. Seperating town guards from the more impressive army soldiers!

      Next update will have some global variables so you can adjust the random clumsiness duration. Currently, it's a random value between 5 and 20 seconds. I've toyed with the idea of clumsiness spells as well, but that would be a separate mod.

   Would be fun to see for the Civil War Arc if both Stormcloaks and Empire Legions are all clumsy even for General Tullius and Jarl Ulfric himself
