Bandage System
Skyrim is a harsh land yet there's no bandages to be found even amidst a civil war? The game itself clearly hints at the use from bloody rags.
ESL Flagged, No Requirements (except BEEs).
You can craft bandages and wound dressings at Tanning racks. If you have bandages in your inventory you can heal followers through a dialogue option.
There's a config file to distribute bandages to Bandits, Civil War Soldiers and Guards if you have SPID.
Crafting:
Requires 1 Wine & Linen Wrap per Bandage
Bandage Types:
Wound Dressing - Restore 3 Health for 30 seconds. Item Type = Potion
Bandage - Restore 30 Health on the Player or 45 Health on Followers. Item Type = Misc
Use:
Wound Dressings behave like potions and can be used freely without restrictions.
Bandages can only be used if the player has hands free, no weapons or spell up. A notification will show.
Note:
To hide the "You cannot equip this item" use:
Miscellaneous Equip Text Removal / Annoying Messages Be Gone
or
In xEdit you can change the game setting "sCantEquipGeneric" to a space "hiding" the message for activating misc items.
If dialogue branch doesn't show save/reload, I forgot to generate the .seq for that.
Install/Uninstall:
Use a mod manager - Data folder to main directory for manual install.
No conflicts known so far.

Bandage animation
Custom assets for bandaged limbs (I can try to work on with my limited modeling abilities.)
Future updates:
-Restoration skill based healing bonus.
-Native ability to detect "misc bandages" from other mods
