When in doubt, just use LOOT.
Compatibility:
Compatible with everything. Don't use with the original Expanded Elemental Enchantments mod.

- Remove everything except the new enchantments
- Remove all conflicts
- ESL-flagged plugin
- Add support for Equipment Durability System NG dynamic enchantment distribution
- Add support for EDU - Enchantment Distributor and Upgrader dynamic enchantment distribution
- Add support for Honed Metal NPC enchantment services
Requirements:
- Backported Extended ESL Support (If you're not running the latest Skyrim version)
- FormList Manipulator - FLM (Required for EDU and Honed Metal support)
Optional:
