Description
Dual casting a one-handed bound weapon in vanilla ends up in your left hand. In vanilla, this only affects Bound Dagger and Bound Sword, but other mods that add bound one-handed weapons (Arcanum, Mysticism, etc) are also affected. This is likely unintended behavior, so I went ahead made a little patch for it. This mod is a cut off part from a larger overhaul I am working on.

Are you interested in porting the plugin and hosting it here? There are a few requirements:
Must be open source (Preferably on Github).
Must have Apache 2.0 license on the repo.

An even DP split (In the case that DP cannot be evenly split, we split to the nearest low round point and give the remainder to charity, so 2 porters get 30% each and 10% goes to charity)
