Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems like this mod is incompatible with dragon overhauls? Like KS Dragon Overhaul/Deadly Dragons/Dragons Use Thuum. Since this mod injects a new dragon NPC in place of vanilla ones, the records would have to be manually patched for overhauls I take it? I believe a Model Swapper version of this would be more compatible if that's the case.
Hi and thanks for this mod - if I do not want to use the GoT mods, is there anything I need to adjust in the main Dragons Variance mod? Delete lines in the .ini file referencing renamed files 3 ? Or delete all "3" nif meshes inside variance's folder?
Yes, 4thUnknown Dragons, and Dragons modernized and redesigned have the dragon_n.dds. Which one should win? Would it cause issues to rename one and modify the meshes to point to the renamed texture?
Hello there! I've got a question; What should I do to install this mod and enjoy the modded 4thUknown, GoT Dragons and Modernized Dragons while also REMOVING vanilla dragon models?
I've read the description, I know what I need to do to install the mod as is, I've looked at the mod's files and the .INI, but... I'm still not sure what I should change. The instructions say to rename dragon.nifs in the first variant mod from dragon.nif to dragon1.nif and .etc, but the mod also has dragon1 files.
Does anyone have a suggestion or advice as to how I should go about removing vanilla dragons from my game while still using the mod? It'd be very appreciated -- thank you for your time!
as a tl;dr: How do I use this mod without using vanilla dragons? I only want the modded ones!
Hey just curious, do i have to install all of the mandatory stuff just to have bigger dragons, it's just cause i want to use GoT/HotD dragons and i have Majestic dragons
Mind adding splendor dragon variants to this list? There are several splendor variants that glitch with frankenstein like textures or just straight up don't work. If you do this that would be greatly appreciated.

If so, would I delete the vanilla dragon .nif files from the Skyrim folder, and still rename the two mods' .nifs with the suffix 2 and 3, respectively? Or, is that a big no no to delete the vanilla .nifs ?
