GameMavrick asked for something a little different than the last waving animation(SE / LE), which I just now revisited and I definitely do like this one better than the one prior. So, here it is. Everything is pretty much the same except she slightly goes up on her toes, I tweaked posture, lowered waving hand and slightly lifts her off hand.
just in my loadorder of about 200 mods and besides the females waving in my other mod The Courier Crew(SE / LE), I believe I had about 21 waving instances from other mods plus another 4 from the base game. I didn't check which were male or female. Run your FNIS, Nemesis or whatever.
