No. But you can open it with Custom skills merged, or custom skills menu. I suppose I should make an item for people who don't want to use either of those.
Took your advice and setup menu. Also went to all my custom skill mods and took out the items and add quest for the item so everything flows better now.
I doubt I'll make one for the Bards college. Might remake my Companions perk tree at some point as it was my first attempt at a perk tree and isn't very good.
There are two main issues with it. 1) Most of the perks are extremely underpowered compaired to vanilla perks making them not worth using perk points on.
2) You don't actually need to be in the Companions to get them.
I wouldn't worry to much about the remake. It's something I am just sort of thinking about. Might do it at some point after I've made all the other perk trees I want to.
question: what version of custom skills? 3 or 2? I ask because I'm using 2, since most custom skill mods ain't compatible with version 3 (and neither Skyrim SE 1.5.97)

Maybe something that increases your damage output against. Beggars, lumberjacks, miners, and old women.
Call in "worthy contracts." Or something. Maybe even throw in that you take less damage from those groups as well if I'm feeling generous.
She would technically be the rightful Emperor if revived afterall.
