Hm, that's a new one. Did it happen for all or just a few? I would guess a mod conflict or if I did something to their inventory. Although I don't know what that would be 😅
Been using Hans-Gunnar in my current playthrough. Love that long-haired Nord warrior look, reminds me a lot of the German, ah... "student of the law" in Kingdom of Heaven.

Is it possible to get refid's of the followers? I've used the mod "my home is your home" to assign them to other locations, but a few of them just disappeared for some reason.. Nice mod, thanks!
you can get a list via command. it creates a notepad file and should just open it upon entering the command in game. save funclist 1
then just CTRL + F and type in the name of the character. there are *usually* 2 versions of the name. the one next to "- AI data " has no use that im aware of. use the one next to what says either " - Low ( )" or " -Mid Low ( )". if im not sure which one im looking at i just make sure im looking at the 2nd name on the lower part of the list and it always works.
