Disables the character lighting Bethesda introduced in Fallout 4. At least then you could disable it through an .ini tweak, but not in SSE for some reason.
This mod saves you from having to type cl off into the console every time you restart the game.
Newest version uses a configurable bat file named i.txt located in your Data folder.
