Fixes a small issue with Viking Towns of Skyrim that caused a probelm with one of Alternate Perspective's alternate starts.

What is this mod? Viking Towns of Skyrim adds some aesthetically unique towns to a few spots in Skyrim, including Rangheid north of Winterhold. If you use the mod Alternate Perspective and try to start in The Bannered Mare, you will find that you instead start in the Thorvald Inn in Rangheid. This is because Thorvald Inn is marked with the Location of The Bannered Mare, and Alternate Perspective pulls from the Location Record to determine where to send you for that start. (This may affect other mods which do the same thing!)
What does this patch change? This patch does the following:
How do I install? No special instructions, just install this however you normally install mods. If you're not using Vortex or MO2 though, I can't help you with anything. Load it below Viking Towns of Skyrim. Alternate Perspective is not strictly required and LO for it doesn't matter.
Compatibility with Other Mods? Shouldn't have any effect whatsoever on other mods.
Anything else I should know? I am very much a novice modder, so I'm not 100% sure if I did it right, but I tested this and had no obvious issues.

- Creates a new Location Record for Thorvald Inn
- Attaches it to the six records in Viking Towns that are tagged with the BanneredMare location.
