Cozy, simple home to the southwest of Dawnstar, room for spouse and two followers.

permissions: anyone can port, change, whatever my mods so long as they credit me, and the mod(s) are not involved in anything being sold or something illegal. Happy modding. :)
*Also, sorry but I won't be doing patches for any mods I don't use; and also may not depending on whether it's something I actually know how to patch
and have the energy for.
All DLCs(Hearthfire, Dawnguard, Dragonborn) needed. As well as Hendraheim and Fishing creations. Because base game does not have le pillows or those fancy windows.
A small home southwest of Dawnstar. Doesn't have alchemy or enchanting, as my character doesn't really dabble in those; only fishes and bakes, really. He got the home from an old fisherman who used to be fair prominent until most of his business dried up when the war started and whatnot. The ol' man bequeathed the home to him and he added some stuffs but kept it relatively the same. If he ever needs stuff made or wants potions, he just goes into town/into the city, as it isn't too far. He worships Dibella, and prays to Kyne, Stendarr, and Zenithar sometimes.
Maybe the Thalmor were bothering him once they discovered he was Dragonborn; so he fought them and fled, not wanting to deal with it. So that is why the Thalmor had key, they stole it wanting to ambush him.
Inside:
-plenty of idles for followers
-room for spouse and two followers
-shrines to Stendarr, Kynareth, Zenithar, and Dibella
-two/two and a half bookshelves
-unique-ish robes, boots, bracers, shiv, and dibellan amulet
-a few weapon racks and shield plaques(two of the weapon plaques are invisible and just on the walls)
-plenty of storage, and some named/'unique' containers like Coinage and Salt. Salt, BYOH Mead, and butter churn containers -do- eventually respawn, so don't put anything in them!
-bath in the basement/second floor, supposed to be a hot bath, my brain is not remembering what the heck they're actually called at the moment.
-cooking pot, baking oven, and tanning rack
-some respawning ingredients/food etc, some not.
outside:
-the key is in dead thalmor's inventory(location in screens) near the horse stable
-some idles for followers
-campfire-y place on the top deck in the back, idles for followers
-mead barrel, -does- respawn so again, don't put anything in it
-woodcutting block and axe
-stable
