Edit (5/24/2018): Scroll down to the bottom for the console version of this mod.

Ever wonder why your shelves in the Cistern always looked like half the trophies are missing?

There is an unmarked quest called Litany of Larceny. Its quest stages (thus trophy rewards) are increased by doing radiant quests for Delvin and Vex. Aside from trinkets picked up by hand during the main quests, these trophies come from completing many, many radiant quests for Delvin and Vex. ... 125 of them, to be exact.

The primary Thieves Guild quest line will force you to do between 30 and 40 radiant quests. Most people stop there, not even knowing there's a reward for doing more.

So, yeah, this changes the quest so that you get a new trophy for every 4 radiant quests you complete (4, 8, 12, 16, etc - see pic). The final trophy (the re-spawning safe full of goodies to the right of the shelves) is given on your 32nd radiant quest

This change is retro-active. Sort of. If you've already finished the quest line but want all your trophies, just go do 1 more radiant quest and the mod will award you all your missing trophies after its done (as long as you have the 32+ quests finished. Use console command "Show TGRMasterTotal" to see how many you've done).

That's it. You can safely remove the mod after you're done with the Thieves Guild quests. Your trophies won't disappear, and it won't linger in your save.

Oh, by the way, the bust in the middle of the trophy shelves? The Crown reward from "No Stone Unturned" once you've collected the 24 Unusual Stones and all that goes on top.

Console Version:
This is a copy/paste from the Comments section, provided by TobiasRieperGER. Honestly, I don't know why I didn't post this back in November. I don't care about download counts/endorses. I think I was being lazy.
On PC you can get arround of this with the console.
-> show tgrmastertotal
Now you see how much you have finished. Then change this value by
-> set tgrmstertoal to XXX
Set it for example to 24 and do one more job and you get the 25 trophy.
After that change it to 34 and do one job. you get the 35 trophy.
At the end you get all of it with nearly 10 jobs and you have no problems with savegames.
