Thanks for the good mod! Unfortunately, this doesn't work for me. Tari continues to give me a regular outfit with fur. Could the mod be causing this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/18994 this mod renames clothes I don't know how to fix this :(
If that mod is loaded after mine then that is the problem. You can open xEdit, load both plugin, and just make a patch. It's very easy, just go watch a tutorial on youtube on basic edit with xEdit.
Really love this mod, such a great idea to turn the clothes into replacers for unique items. I was wondering if there was any chance you could update this mod to ESPFE or ESL? It would be much appreciated and would allow me to fit it into my load order without worrying about the plugin limit. Thank you!
SAME. It also always pissed me off that Delphine has the GALL to insult my armour, then hands me the ugliest party clothes on earth to wear to this fancy party.
I never really liked a lot of the "richer" clothes in skyrim. They just look like someone slapped a blanket on you. Which.. I mean I guess is realistic but its hard to work with them.
What does the file that we're using to overwrite the original mod's ESM do? I will still be able to find the outfit in the world? The outfits I already have won't disappear, correct?
For some reason, the regular Fine Clothes appearances are replaced by merchants outfits and I've no idea why. Not sure if it's related to this mod or what. If this has happened for anyone else, please let me know :o
Right, I went back to read the description of Colovian Noble Clothes again and I really don't see any mention of this, unless it's phrased in a very indirect way that I'm not catching on to or something.
On another note though, I've arrived in Solitude in the game now and was given the Radiant Raiment quest, and the clothes just show up as the original fur-lined fine clothes from vanilla :S
You sure you installed both mods correctly? Make sure you don't have any mods overwriting mine. This mod is a very simple edit, so it works every time unless you didn't install it correctly or you have a conflict with another one.
These mods were pretty straight forward to install, but since I installed yours first that may have been why it wasn't working - I had made sure yours overrode the original mod, ofc, and I had sorted my load order before playing; normally the order that I install things haven't mattered to them functioning as intended, as long as the plugins are sorted in the right order and have the right rules set up. Just to be sure, I uninstalled both yours and the original mod, deleted the archives and just redownloaded and installed everything in "chronological" order and now it works. :)
Thanks for replying to me and making this mod to begin with, it's very appreciated. Hopefully someone can benefit from reading about my fumbling and not have the same kerfuffle..! Ofc, better be they're smarter than me to begin with.
This is a wonderful mod. I was hoping to use the creation kit to optimize a spouse npc and giving them the clothing article that will be affected would be a perfect way to make them stand out. Thank you for putting this up for Special Edition :)

Can you also make a version for Legendary Edition?
