I might be ignorant but I have no idea how to make this work on male characters using OAR, it's just Isfemale and nothing else, if i set it on PLAYER it shows an error tho still usable

But I deliberately don't use Precision, I don't know if it would trigger these things. Do with that information what you will, you don't need to debug my game for me, but if you need some tests, I can provide some help.
Without Precision, I believe there might be problems with those three attacks (side power attacks and the block bash) that do not attack with the sword - as I'm relying on it's annotations that attach the collision capsule to the feet. Though, standing and walking ones shouldn't be affected, as they are on the vanilla annotations....
One thing you could try for the double voice/damage is I've put two submods to try combat that weird blending stand/walk/run thing that Skyrim does, something like "front blend fix" and "right blend fix" - does toggling them off change anything?
If not, then I'm out of ideas as of now. (q- .β’)

Guess I could try annotating them with the vanilla preHitFrame, weaponSwing, HitFrame, attackStopand maybe matching their length to the vanilla animations as well - that'll take me some time to do, but I'll try.
I wonder, does it also happen to the walking backwards attacks? Since those exactly match the vanilla animations in length, might give me an insight into this problem.

Do note that there's one idle that might be kinda ill-fitting for a manly male character :-) Believe it's called hair.hkx, if you'd want to remove it.
