So guys, I consulted with Ershin, the author of OAR. The reason for some bugs may be in user settings that overwrites author. For MO2 users it may located in overwrite folder if you change something. MO2\Data\overwrite\Meshes\actors\character\animations\OpenAnimationReplacer\Malignis Animations\
I still don't understand why the settings are being lost, but if you are MO2 user and are suffering from bugs, check the overwride folder and delete everything related to this mod from there. For none MO2 users, I guess user.json file is created in the same location config.json is.
The user file always overwrites the author file. This may result in incorrect settings. In theory it is possible.
1. First i must congratulate the author for the work u put in this project, it is the best and smoothest animation pack, and complex iv' seen till now, personally im gonna use it a long time. 2. For THOSE of you, getting looping animation, i have/ had the same problem, its fine to check OAR if it's updated but this wasn't the case for me. I made another video (Shift+O to open OAR) as it is complicated to explain, I DO NOT KNOW if what i did is logical OR if it will break something else, i just played with the menu, or IF it will work for everyone but i try my best to help if its possible, but at the very least it solved only the "sprinting" animation loop for me, i've noticed some kind of loop in the fatigued running animation, tho i dont know yet how to solve that.
Wow. For some reason the settings got messed up. Thanks for taking the time to record the video. I guess the settings glitch might be a local issue. Blend Between variants hasn't be there too. For this case it doesn't matter, but for all movement animations that consist of multiple cycles, "Blend Between" must be disabled or it will cause stuttering bug.
I think this can happen if the mod was installed with an old version of OAR. It turns out that you first need to update OAR, and only then install the mod.
I can confirm that with the 1.04 version of this mod there are no looping problems anymore from what i tested and the configs seem in order, but for those who had it installed it is probably the best to: firstly delete the: MO2\Data\overwrite\Meshes\actors\character\animations\OpenAnimationReplacer\Malignis Animations\ -> delete the mod ->reinstall OAR -> install the new version of this mod; maybe it isn't necessary but thats what i did, and it's smooth af Thank you again for this jewel of a mod :D
This will require a lot of time. Unfortunately, I don't have much free time to spend on modding. I have to choose what to do first. So I have no plan to work on the male version of the mod in the near future.
NVM The V.106 is a lot stable than v.107. * Update NOPE STILL THE SAME its keep looping @@ i dont know what went wrong i follow all the instruction but the base sprint is still looping @@ what's happening my favorite mod is now like this @@
If you completely uninstalled the previous version and installed the new one, everything should work. I don't know what mod manager you use, but check manually that there are no folders left from this mod after uninstalling. Updating the mod should be done with a complete uninstall of the previous version, otherwise problems are inevitable.
Yo what the hell is that video? Is there perhaps a full length movie of it? I'd love to watch a 2 hour movie of The Adventures Of Shield-Sister & Farkas. That was so captivating and emotional, and the soundtrack was amazing and pieced together everything. All this for the sole purpose of showing animations, nah bro we absolutely need a full length movie of that. At first she's ice cold, but at the end she finally warmed up to Farkas.
Glad people like it. I'm doing something in this direction, but it's too early to talk about it. It requires more time investment from me than animation mods, but I try to find time for it. Hopefully, something will come out one day. Thank you for your comment.
run rain animation loop bug ----------------------------- >shift+O >author mode >filter >search run >look for rain run or whatever name eludes to it >set random to sequential
basically same for sprint loop but I did >set to play once >move pre sprint ontop of sprint
They both compatible with each other as they are just animation mods but I'd recommend replacing EVG Conditional Idles with this one. This mod's animations are more life-like imo
I really hope so, would bring so much life to the game since I don’t think there are any other mods that do conditional animations from what I’ve tried to find…
