A quick overhaul of the staff enchanter to make it use models for the staves from the Staves CC, rather than basic Skyrim ones, since the CC staves are based on the staves from Morrowind.

Not much to say about this, it changes the vanilla staff enchanter model to have different staff bits from the Staves CC file, since they are designed based on Morrowind's staves made consistent with the Skyrim style and I think this suits Neloth's staff enchanter well.
Requires the Staves CC file, since it uses meshes and textures from the files and will have missing textures without it.
