    VORTEX DOWNLOAD IS THE LOOSE VERSION. 


    • NEW GAME START: Only update if you want to. Small updates for the file. A large collision was disabled in the reach which once supported a tower. Small navmesh work and some other small amendments for TPOSC and for the mod pack collection revision 5 update.

    PLEASE NOTE:
    You need to update the Falskaar patch and the Alternate Start patch too, to version V10.7 or above if you use those mods, links below are found in the Load Order setup section. 

    Final:
    I have now started work on the questing add-on for TPOSC. The next major update will be a full questing version which will come as an add-on option for this file. The reasons for this approach are obvious it protects the TPOSC file from potential corruption and allows people to choose whether or not they want the quests and the new locations which might impede any potential running LO of a user. How many quests will I build? right now I do not know, and they will vary in size... 
    The questing version will see the generic NPCs come to life with their own backstories and adventures as well as other questing additions for the mod. 
    All other interests are on hold until the quest file is done now and I see the completion of this mod. I feel it deserves to be finished as I always imagined it before other creations got in the way. If you wish to support my work and efforts please feel free to follow the links provided and please endorse the mod if you like it.

    Quest Mods ( some exceptions to this - thinking of ESM-based quest mods.)
    SMIM
    Magic Mods
    Grass Mods ( If you still get grass everywhere over other mod/settlements after altering your ini for values..use a different grass mod -this is why a grass mod is placed above settlements, etc. Verdant Not Compatible. I use The Elder Scrolls - Veydosebrom the old version and set grass settings to 80 or 90 which doesn't intrude upon my settlements. If you want to use other grass mods you may need to patch for them.  )
    Weather Mods
    Water Mods other than RW2 OR WATER FOR ENB
    Creature Mods (Do not overload your game with too many spawning mods. TPOSC adds dragons - bandits and many new spawns to the game.)
    Tree Mods-Skyrim 3D Trees
    ( textures and meshes changes are no issues. Mods that add lots of new trees to Skyrim are not, as I do in this version. )
    Town, city, Village Mods. ( This version edits all locations, and in most cases, exterior areas of the towns, cities & villages too. So other town, city, or village mods are NOT compatible. Or many outskirt mods of towns, cities, and villages.)
    NPC Mods / AI. ( Any follower mod should be fine unless it is quest base and adds navmesh or new locations in Skyrim. You would need to test.  Running multiple mods that add 100's of new NPC's and so on is not advisable. You will overload your game engine quite possibly. Immersive Citizens is not compatible.)
    Alternate Start - Live Another life 
    HD EMBERS  ( HD Embers works well with TPOSC. Some fire FX or lighting mods may need patches for the inns I have edited. A list of those inns edited is on the main description page under the summary.)

    MAGIC COLLEGE OF WINTERHOLD ( Magic College Of Winterhold can be used with TPOSC there is a small navmesh cross-over, however, I have tested in-game and checked in the CK and it seems to cause no issues.     Location Map For The People Of Skyrim Complete. Not all wild locations are shown. This map does need updating but most information is correct it doesn't highlight the new content which is the new border holds, bridges, bandit attacks on the towns as MQ stages are complete, with many new dragons spawns, and civil war content.



    KEEPING TPOSC IN CONTEXT:

    This mod needs to be seen and kept in context, of course, it is NOT compatible with many other mods, but if you want a new and different adventure or even a one-off gameplay experience from your usual setup then TPOSC might be for you. It will not be compatible with many mods you would normally use as it is a full-on DLC-sized overhaul that some really enjoy and some return to their favourite setups after using this mod. Just know this TPOSC adds so much content and covers many categories so follow this advice at least to start with and get to know the mod well.
    If you are new to my work I would start a new play-through with some armour, weapons, graphical/texture, weather, water mods, alternate start, SKSE, and ENB if used, keeping the LO simple while you get to know my work. TPOSC adds many new elements ( locations/enemies ) and challenges to the game. I do not edit any vanilla values for loot, or enemies, or alter any vanilla quests, etc, all TPOSC content is new. There are no special requirements other than that of common sense and good load order practice. If you decide to USE TPOSC your LO should be built around it.'
    There are patches for this mod see the LO advice sections and follow the load order advice for each patch.

    Heads up folks...!
    If you are playing Skyrim Together Reborn use this version, the latest V12 TPOSC file is an exclusive version for STR and its development will be for group play. V12 is the most current version of TPOSC and has all the latest updates and improvements. V11.0.5 this version will be updated soon as stated above.
    The reason I have taken this path regarding different versions is so those that enjoy TPOSC can suggest changes and developments for group play with the V12 TPOSC file and V11 can stay its course. Only use V12 TPOSC for STR and V11 this version for a standard playthrough without STR.

    Please if somebody can help... should I download this version or the people of skyrim 2?? people seems to recommend the second but nobody tells you the differences

      Hi! I'm currently trying both, this one and tpos 2. From what I understand, the difference is that tpos 2 is a lighter version of this one. It overhauls skyrim similar to this version, but does not edit or add as many major areas such as cities and borders, making it much more compatible with other mods such as city overhauls and immersive citizens. The description on tpos 2's page explains this pretty well.

      Personally, I recommend trying both out if you have the time, but I'll break down my comparison of the two. I would recommend tpos 2 if you love using city overhauls or anything that makes major edits to things like city buildings, settlements, and surrounding areas. you have much more freedom with what kinds of mods you can include in your load order. I'm using tpos 2 for my city overhaul load order because I really wanted to keep the deadly shadows mod in for my stealthier characters. Even though it changes much less than the complete version, it still adds a ton of stuff around the map, making exploration refreshing and endlessly fun.

      If you don't mind having a playthrough without any major quest or overhaul mods then I recommend giving tpos complete a try! It's an incredibly detailed overhaul that feels like the skyrim you know and love while also feeling like a whole new world to explore. I think it's great to use if you're doing a playthrough with quests you've already done before (main quest, civil war, faction quests). This mod honestly makes it feel like you're playing for the first time again. I'm using the complete version for my main quest playthrough, and for once I don't feel like I'm redoing the same quest for the 10th time.

                               IMPORTANT NOTICE:
    Welcome Folks!
    OK I am returning to the TPOS 2 AE Version. After 500 hrs of testing, and a year of fine tunning TPOSC and the patches for the mod pack collection, with all the streams on YT and local play, I can say that the TPOSC mod and mod pack collection is in a very good place regarding stability and performance.
    The streams will continue for the TPOSC mod and Mod pack Collection on YT during the weekdays as an ongoing gameplay example and should any issues be discovered they will be addressed. Also, CK video builds for the coming TPOS AE project updates and new mod Haafingar AiO will be posted. 

    For now, I am closing down this comment section as everything you need to run TPOSC on its own as a standalone mod is in place and if you use the mod pack collection you can come and see me on my Discord, join me on YouTube and see the mod pack in action for yourself.

    Feel free to talk about the patches and the TPOSC mod pack and any related issues.
    I welcome intelligent, thoughtful people who can address potential issues in a productive way. I have very little free time so please be to the point if you feel you have an issue and you feel it is related to the TPOSC mod or the mod pack. I would appreciate it. I have downloaded the TPOSC mod pack collections and the lod's and I run them in the streams on YouTube. I have no issues with my gameplay, only when patching for mods like Wintersun, the latest created patch for the mod pack which is now out and sorted. An example for you. So good gaming, use Your brains and you should do fine with my work...I do as does many others, so yes I do point to you first, be sure of your ground, it helps me and you!!

      You are running the TPOSC mod pack Right! They are designed for the mod pack only....Just checking here....if you are then you have a conflict...something is overwriting the lods maybe...see my latest streams ( https://www.youtube.com/live/qKkzQl-YF0U?feature=share ) I have no issues...the lod pack is correct I have downloaded it myself with TPOSC mod pack collection R4...I will double check though...report back soon.

      All is correct in the game on my end, the lod package is correct....uninstall the lods and then delete Data\textures\Terrain folder of all content same for meshes...Data\meshes\Terrain. This will remove any conflicting files for both folders or should do, and then reinstall the Lod pack. And of course, you have not uninstalled Mathy's 3d trees I take it, for the mod pack? If you have the lods will be no good. You will need to generate new lods for the trees you run or any changed object lods. Here is an easier lod generation tool to use if you are unfamiliar with Dyndolod Alpha 3. SSELODGEN

      If you are NOT running the TPOSC mod pack collections there are vanilla lods for just TPOSC in the download area which you have already downloaded. But again remember if you use any tree replacer, meshes textures, my lods in the download area will be no use to you as they are for vanilla use only with TPOSC.

      not the Terrain folder any remaining contents...and you must be missing something as I am running the same pack and have no issues... retake a good look! Also, Vortex should clue you in via its response. You want my help you have to be a little more forthcoming because you are doing something wrong...if you were to satisfy all conditions you would not have any issues. Answer me one question you HAVE NOT downloaded the mod pack collection have you...? The AiO patch ( AiO MPCCP V2 ) and The People Of Skyrim Complete are NOT the mod pack...This means you are using inappropriate lods, so delete them and make a lod pack which reflects your current load order. Come back when you have sorted things out and need help with an issue that is actually my responsibility or a mod-related issue.

      if you are using the TPOSC mod pack collection all the mods used are listed there. https://next.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/collections/8tbh7i?tab=Mods The fact I have to tell you this tells me a lot!
      Again I found nothing wrong on my end.  The dependencies of this mod are on the description page but are NOT hard requirements. And the AiO patch you are running all the dependencies are listed on that page...you have everything you need, you only need to take your time and look. This is a little frustrating I can only help when I see the same as you and I do not...again see my YT streams...also you need to give me answers so I can tick off possibilities, you have not answered one of my questions, the issue is simple to repeat ( missing textures ) the answer is found by addressing the mistakes OK. So do not waste any more of my time...answering the questions, that was the way you helped me and you! The fact you have to ask about dependencies is a little concerning it shows a lack of thought or care on your part or a deliberate obtuse nature! And I have already given you the answer you only have to rerun a lod gen and do it for yourself, create your own lods. I suggest anyone else that has issues with the lod pack do that too, run a lod generator to create a unique set of lods for your mod set-up. I am way too busy to waste any more time here on simple issues that are easily fixed. OK. Especially when I see no issues my end or in the YT stream.

    Hello, I am so far enjoying your mod, the only little trouble for my personal taste is that i find the interiors too dark, so i wanted to ask, is there a way to make interiors brighter? thanks :)

      That always helps, the LO, thanks for the update....Good Gaming, OH and if using my ENB or other current ENB, you can use the default night and interior lighting adjustment setting in Setting Sons, enbeffect.fx file, ( shift 12 -- open ENB in game ) to adjust the brightness up or down to taste. Remember though folks the Setting Sons ENB is a dark fantasy preset. Still has a lot of light in it but as for interiors I do like darker interiors and lighted areas only where light sources are and not magically appearing from nowhere.

      13 April 2023, 10:46AM thanks for the tips Nesbit, actually i am not using any enb, cause wanted to test your mod in a simplier way, cause i am using many immersion stuffs such as Sunhelm, Hearthfire extended, campfire, plus all the Jayserpa's quests extension mods, and so far no crashes or weird things. Progressing in the game i am just experiencing a couple little annoying things, such as too much grass on the roads and expecially near the farms close to WHiterun the road is very weathered,  probably a load order mistake... i am using as grass mod the latest veydosebrom grass mod  with vanilla density and mari's flora and happy little trees; and finally Skyland all in one for textures
      No big troubles tho, your world ( i like to call it this way cause it is much more than a mod) is great and hopefully i will be able to fix those little things and install enb as well . Have a nice day :)

      you can edit grass values and reduce them in the ini files of the game documents or use bethini to help you...if you see pieces of road missing in the game, and if that is what you are talking about, this is TPOSC it removes sections here and there, not many and adds smaller pieces to the road, as an immersive touch of weathering from usage and war...I did not like the unspoilt clear and free-running roads of Skyrim....some like the immersive touch and some do not, but as I said it is only in a few areas.

      You would not use any add-on mods of mine or other mods from other authors for town, cities, and villages with TPOSC. This mod is an all-in-one, every town city village and outskirts are modded. Read the description and info it will give you all you need to know re towns and cities.

    What you've managed to do with this mod is impressive but I'll unfortunately have to forever pass on it because it does too much. For every one thing I would take this mod for there's another that it doesn't do as well as other mods while being incompatible with them. I would take it for the new Bridges, Border Holads, and NPCs but there are mods I prefer for overhauling cities/towns/villages, Dragon engounter, Bandits and bandit attacks, and Civil War Battles. Much of what you've done here I wish was served in invidiual modules that I could cherry pick from. 

    At any rate, wanted to endourse and offer my praises. I've used previous versions of this and loved it for the time I spent with it and thre's still a part of me that wants to again. Keep up the good work.

      Thanks, but it is an all-in-one, and designed for that purpose; you miss the main point of the mod! As for individual mods of the components in the TPOSC file those do exist as standalone as well, border holds, inns, the way of the Dwemer, the Way of the Nords, Falkreath, Riverwood By Nesbit and so on...as for better mods, I question that, in terms of performance...For example, other border holds mods, I have tested and checked them out... creatively maybe, they may be better, subjective input there, but in terms of build TPOSC is better in terms of stability and performance, unlike many other mods and why this all-in-one was built for that single purpose. In the end, it is subjective to the user...Thanks for your thoughts, and the endorsement. P.S V10.6 was the last version you downloaded, over a year ago, that was some wait....!! Oh and finally users can always try the TPOS 2 version which you can edit every town city and village, except Heartwood Mill... and deploy your own border holds and so on....Different strokes for different folks! Good Gaming...

    As far as I've seen, the mod versions aren't that backwards compatible with each other.
    I'm still on v11.1.4 and don't want to start a new game each time I want to update the game.

    v11.1.5 only updated the dragon related thing that was removed in v11.1.4 and I'm currently on the latter version.
    Is it safe to update from v11.1.4 to v11.1.5 knowing that I'm still NOT PLAYING THE MAIN QUEST YET AND HAVEN'T TRIGGERED ANY DRAGON SPAWNS IN THE GAME? All the dragons are in their burial sites/haven't even spawned yet in the word wall zones for me. I'm using Timing Is Everything to delay everything + Redux to alternate my start so I'm not planning on being the dragonborn yet.

      you do not need to update, V11.1.4 is fine as pointed out in the post below. Only updated the file as a just in case, and to finally remove any records of the LVL dragons OK....stick with your gameplay and update when you are ready...I would never update a file where references are removed in relation to the one I am running in the game. Better safe than sorry.

    Maybe someone knows whats wrong??, Everytime i leave/ enter any city/ town/ village 2 dragons spawn randomly.
    as example, run throug riverwood and walking across the bridge, and as soon as i "exit" the village, basicla as soon as i walk touch the other side of the ground past the bridge 2 dragons spawn, same with ANY other village/ town etc, in whiterun it is as soon as i walk past the stables, in markhart when im on the bridge and so on and so on with EVERY village / town / city etc, tried new save games, and witteled it down to tpos...anyone knwos what could be causing this??

      checking for you I could have missed them in the last update, did you start a new game with v11.1.4 if you did not then you would be seeing what you are... here is a SS of Riverwood, CK  the dragons have been removed.
      I  will upload the files again with the removed reference as discussed in the logs. However I am streaming the current version and have not come across any old dragon spawns, those that I have removed

      no issues found OK...I have updated the lvl dragon actor reference, and removed it as discussed in logs v11.1.4 and after its removal, there were no errors in xedit which means no lvl dragons were left in the Skyrim world in V11.1.4

      OK, good luck, the dragons at Riverwwod was the lvldragons default vanilla actors they are no longer part of the TPOSC file so you should be good... the only other added dragons now by TPOSC are newly created ones, unique references vanilla, no edited values, and they have no respawn values set, so the chance of conflicts with others mods SHOULD be very low.

      Found it, its aparently some sort of problem with the mod "skyrim unbound reborn" start mod, but just that one, other alternate start mods like "realm of lorkhan" od "life another life" do work flawlessly, but when u start a new game with unbound reborn, even if i delete/ deactivate the mod but still use that save it spawns dragons EVERYWHERE, iv'e tried to work out what might be causing this or if there is some sort of incompatibilitie via ck and sedit but i dont think im good enought with those programms ^^" idk if that helps u somehow and i really appreciate ur help, and im really sorry for the work u had to go throu, thank you a lot 😅 (thats enought skyrim troubleshooting for 1 weekend)

    Really looking forward to giving the Xbox port of this a try, I've heard good things! Plus it includes so much in just one mod which is great with our limited number of slots.

    I can't find the patch for RS Children on BethNet - would nesbit098 be willing to grant permission for it to be ported? Asking here rather than in DM as the permission has to be posted somewhere public now. Thank you in advance! :-)

      The patch is not mine to grant Dark...Hold on, I will see what the perms are and I could port the patch myself as it is TPOSC related.

    in this state i will never have the privilege of try this mod:
    is incompatible with 95% of my load order list.
    there some mods out there you cannot play without!

      learn to let go of the past and try something new...that way you will not deprive yourself of new experiences, and enjoyment which might just give you greater pleasure in the long run? Just something to consider there...if you do not like the new experience go back to what you know...and live a safe life!

      The mod pack is out soon mate...try it! You never know!! I see you used version 9 last...a lot has changed since then....Good Gaming....
