Adds a few harvestable planters around Proudspire Manor in Solitude

Proudspire Manor in Solitude is my favourite player home, but I hate that it doesn't have a garden. This mod doesn't tamper with the original planters, because I like how they look, but it adds some new planters around the outside of the house and a few in the basement that can be interacted with Hearthfire style.
