This is a port to SSE of the original Skyrim mod TDN Improved Lucien - Spectral Assassin Replacer by Nightshade and Aisaka with permission from the original authors. You may not redistribute, upload or otherwise use the assets of this mod in any way without express permission from the original authors.
Mod cannot be uploaded anywhere else other than nexus without express permission from the authors.
I recommend using a skeleton such as XP32 Maximum Skeleton Special Extended - XPMSSE by Groovtama. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1988/? . All of the body meshes have been tested in SSE with this skeleton and work fine.
DO NOT attempt to install the oldrim mods mentioned in the original description as it probably wont work at best and at worst it will destroy the universe.

This mod is an appearance overhaul for Lucien Lachance.
It came to my attention that default spectral assassin's face is too far from Lucien in TES IV, so I decided to improve him to look closer to original as much as possible. Lucien Lachance is loved by many TES series fans so I think that many of us will be glad to see favourite character in appropriate way, to see his real name and TES IV-like look. Also I was inspired by this amazing portrait of Lucien:

Hope you will enjoy serving Sithis with a legendary Speaker of the Black Hand!
This is completely standalone mod, includes textures and unique outfit. No requirements.
Place mod’s files to your Data folder. Rewrite, if ask. Activate ImprovedLucien.esp in the game launcher.
Summon the Spectral Assassin. Enjoy.
Remove files from following folders:
Data/ImprovedLucien.esp
Data/meshes/LUCIEN
Data/meshes/actors/character/FaceGenData/FaceGeom/Skyrim.esm/000A0E49.NIF
Data/textures/LUCIEN
Data/textures/actors/character/facegendata/FaceTint/Skyrim.esm/000A0E49.dds
