It uses Animated Armoury Keyword to use it with halberd animations, by default its two handed axe :kappa
This pike can be crafted in the forge with perk: Ebony Smithing
Also can be founded at Lost Valley Redoubt near two hags that's perform ritual near word wall.
U will need few Ebony ingot to craft it. Also it can be tempered with ebony ingot.
