About this mod

Console macros and hotkeys enabler designed for Mod Organizer 2 modding workspace.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
This is console macros and hotkeys enabler designed for Mod Organizer 2 modding workspace. I made it for my own usage, as always, and now I just want to share it.

Game version 1.6.1130 or higher is required. 1.5.97 or 1.6.640 or versions in between have no this functionality.

To clarify. No mods are really required to enable and manage console macros and hotkeys. All tools doing that are almost equal, only minor adjustments are different. This mod is no exception, feel free to don't care about it. If you are an advanced user, you know that only ini-tweaks matter, right?

Mod Install

1. Install this mod manually or using MO2 and NexusMods conjunction.
2. Enable the mod on the left panel. Enable the plugin on the right panel.
3. Done. You can see the correct filetree below.

Shortcut Setup

1. Navigate to Data tab on the right panel.
2. Apply ".bat" filter (don't use quotes).
3. Right mouse button click on the SkyrimConsole.bat file.
4. Add as executable as shown below.

5. Name the link of course.

6. Now you can see the link in your executables dropdown menu and launch it from there. It will open ini-file where you can define your macros and hotkeys.

Macros and hotkeys ini-file structure

1. Here, only [Macros] and [Hotkeys] sections are valid, nothing should be placed outside of them. Even if it works, this is unintended.
2. Keys and values are separated with '=' symbol, comments are supported if the 1st symbol in line is semicolon.
3. For the Macros section, keys are commands aliases and values are commands.
4. For the Hotkeys section, keys are keyboard keys or combos and values are commands or aliases or something mixed.
5. Here I provide the default content of this ini-file included in the mod.

[Macros]
; Example A - Macro
TMenu=TM
; Example B - Macros
MoreGold=Player.AddItem F 1000
SleepingGiant=Player.MoveTo BD058
[Hotkeys]
; Example A - Hotkey
; K=TMenu
; Example B - Hotkeys
; Alt-L=MoreGold
; Ctrl-O=SleepingGiant
; Example C - Hotkey
; Shift-U=MoreGold;SleepingGiant;Player.DamageAV Stamina 1000

Example A. If any macro is enabled, you can use its key as console command and its value will be executed.
Example B. You can assign macros to hotkeys and execute them using keys or combos. Combo is 1 modifier and 1 key with '-' delimeter.
Example C. You can mix commands and macros within macros and hotkeys using semicolons. But all commands are executed together, not in a row.

In-game check

If you want to check if you have the mod installed correctly, you can do this with CCFE installed and working.
1. Launch the game and load any save file.
2. Use SKCon console command provided by the mod.
3. If you see the result shown below, you are good to go. Note that QUST ID can be different but it's always FE***800.
