Snazzy Riftweald Manor
A gift to Mercer Frey from the Black-Briar family, Riftweald Manor is one of the largest homes in Riften. A pity it was decorated so horribly!
This mod redesigns and adds interesting touches to the entire interior and exterior of Riftweald Manor.
And, it can be obtained as a player home once it's current occupant is "dealt with"!

Mod Features:
- ESL flagged main plugin
- Redesigned the Interior...Added windows to match the exterior, full kitchen, shower room, Beds for the mercenaries staying there, custom drapery and tablecloths, and added/replaced a lot of vanilla clutter, furniture, foliage, light sources, and other decorations for esthetics and immersion (very few static/ non-interactive items).
- Redesigned the exterior...added shutters, a garden, and added/replaced a lot of vanilla clutter, furniture, foliage, light sources, and other clutter and decorations. No navmesh or landscape edits (except doors)
- Added occlusion planes to maintain decent FPS.
- Riftweald Manor can obtained as a player home, adding all the crafting stations, and 4 children's beds with Hearthfires and Multiple Adoptions support, and a follower's room. Talk to Brynjolf after you completed the quest Darkness Returns.
Compatibility:
- Compatible with any NPC editing mods (this mod doesn't touch vanilla NPCs)
- Compatible out of the box with USSEP, SLAWF, Skyrim Project Optimization, Immersive Citizens, and Interesting NPCs
- Requires a SMIM-based Upper Furniture mesh/texture (SMIM, Rally's, Skyland, etc)

A note on the Screenshots...I added pics of Vanilla (with just some texture mods like Noble Skyrim, Rustic mods, etc), and with this mod + Lux + Rudy ENB + Snazzy Furniture and Clutter Overhaul patches. Just so you can see the differences and options available with a well modded game.
