A simple mod I made using the Creation Kit that allows to use the Black Mage Hood, just type help "black mage hood" 4 and add the third option with the additem command ^^
or use this command "player.additem 15000d61 1"
The hood is unenchanted and playable on all races and genders, enjoy !
