The Great Cities and Improved Bridges of Skyrim both modify the Morthal bridge, leading to floating pillars. This mod disables the bridge from Improved Bridges of Skyrim, allowing The Great Cities to be the only modification.

Both The Great Cities - Minor Cities and Towns and Improved Bridges of Skyrim modify the Morthal bridge. This leads to floating pillars, as well as a drawbridge underneath a fixed roof. This patch removes the modification on the Morthal bridge done by Improved Bridges of Skyrim (removing the bridge roof), leaving The Great Cities - Minor Cities to be the only modification (leaving the drawbridge in place).
Place this after Improved Bridges of Skyrim (directly after should work fine). It doesn't actually matter if you place if before-or-after The Great Cities - Minor Cities because that mod isn't modified.
