Fixes a few trees with these two mods.

Simple patch to fix several of the trees using Dawn of Skyrim and Blubbo's Riften mods together.
Mod is ESL-flagged and won't take up a plugin slot. Cleaned in SSEEdit.
Also slightly improves the performance within the city.
Won't work without the required mods, obviously.
