This patch is only necessary for you if you do the following:
Use Ryn's Standing Stones
Use Ryn's Standing Stones Patch and follow the instructions in the sticky message to correctly obtain 606t's Mundus stone model.
Then download the patch for Ryn's on that page to use those models.
Use Sightseer Stones
The patch for Ryn's Standing Stones on Sightseer's page is also required.
This fixes the placement of one stone that was unobtainable from Sightseer.
