I have always loved Khajiit eyes extended makes Khajiit's eyes glow but always disappointed that there was no Argonian version, so I pulled a Thanos and did it myself.
Q: Is this lore accurate?
A: Better question is this real life accurate in which the answer is multiple reptiles have glowing eyes, namely crocodiles and Argonians look really crocodilian to me.
Patches for Kala's Beast Eyes and Complete NPC Overhaul - Argonians (my personal favorite) are provided.
